DO NOT WANT TO 'PAY BACK THE MONEY'

I purchased a freightliner truck in the hope that when i have a problem, i can be assured this would be handled professionally. I repaired my truck at a cost of R84 710.80 on invoice no:***3. I paid this immediately around January 15th, to get my truck released, they assured me that the refund on this account would happen expeditiously. it is over 1.5 months,i have been emailing the admin supervisor and to date have not had a single response regarding this apart from response when the service advisor makes these requests from her and with that she makes promises that this would be sorted out and nothing happens. A small sum of R R2895.30 on credit note no.***9. It becomes very frustrating when you choose a big company to make such a large investment and get ********** for your own money. I will never buy another truck or vehicle from Sandown motors. This is my money and its due to me, are they hoping that i will forget about my money and walk away!!
