Disappointed

Hello Peter in February 2019 we bought a Mercedes Benz A200 in Sandton. We notified the sales rep before we took the car that we noticed some scratches. The sales rep said to us we shouldn’t worry he will book the car for scratches removal. We than contacted him to make appointment, to no avail. If we lucky to get him on the phone he will always come with excuses and promise to contact us for an appointed. To date the car is still running on the roads without any repairs as we were promised
