denied a service at Mercedes Benz century city

Sandown Sandton pre-owned department,I am having a problem to service the car that i bought from you. may you please contact Mercedes Benz Century City, and get their story on why they are not servicing the car and see if you can solve it internally, i don't want to talk too much please, the customer service I have been having with you from day one is unpleasant.
