Customer Service

I took my car for service this morning 07h30 @ Constantia kloof, and requested arrangement of drop & pick up, only to be told at 18h00 in the evening all the drivers have knocked off and I should Uber myself or they can arrange for me to be picked up in the morning. My Car's serviced was completed at 15h00 and I've been waiting since. They were clearly prioritizing other people this entire time.....This is totally Unacceptable!!
