Command online update

Hi,

I serviced my C200 CDI at the Rosebank dealership on 28 October 2015 and requested that my COMAND Online navigation system be updated this was not done and the service agent (Chad) first tried to charge me R4k for a new license and then promised to get it sorted out through Mercedes Benz South Africa. Since then I have had to contact Chad numerous times, including a phone call to the dealership to complain about lack of progress. I am entitled to free updates within the first three years of ownership, as per the owner manual and seeing as the COMAND Online was not exactly a cheap item to install in the vehicle, I am surprised by the shockingly poor turnaround time, service and attitude from both Chad and the dealership in this regard. Surely other clients request these updates too?
