Check your invoice - Not everyone is honest these days

Being a customer for this dealership for over 15 years, I can safely say this dealership is not what it used to be. (Perhaps they grown too big - but fail to realize what enable their growth and have now cut the very aspect that enable them).

There is no such thing as profesional service or customer service fom this dealership. In the past 6 years its a given that no service or any enagement with them is worth the effort. Quiet frankly one might obtain better service from a home mecanic.

Has anyone looked at their invoice from this dealership and checked that what they are charged for is actually done? 1. I was charged to replace magnets on the engine and had to prove it wasnt changed then they refunded me. 2. I was charged not once but twice to clean the engine bay - and this was never done. (First time - upon collection the engine had oil marks due to the service and also full of dust and literally leaves as it wasnt cleaned before taking it for the service - I rasied this and was told wait they will do it quickly - a 2 min wipedown later - and I sat with the 30min labour cost). The second - I requested it NOT to be done - but was still billed for this.

I strongly urge anyone using this dealership to check the invoices. I for one will never use them again.

Note this is just 2 bad experences - the list goes on from purchasing a new vehicle from them to sub standard quality parts (brake discs that after a simple rain are full of rust - dispite the orginals which where on the car for over 15yrs before and never showing any rust).

Promises they will contact you back to address any issue is exactly that just a promise. They have lost all sense of quality or customer care. Destroying the brand at large.
