same service as your license department

<p>i would like to tell you about the worst service i have received in my life and i could not believe it was from such a big company as yours. firstly i have serviced my truck only from your branch on the day of the service the phoned me told me there is several parts that they have to replace i told them to go ahead with the work as i need the truck back for the follwing day for work,after several hours i phoned to see how they are doing Karabo told me they are waiting for one part to arive from eastrand branch and will only be with them the following day i then told him why dont they fetch the part as it is very close to them and could not wait until tomorrow as my truck has work booked on it he said he will see what he can do i told him the part is not coming from durban or somewere far they eventually got the part fittied but never finshed the truck so the truck had to stand over till the next day for wheel allighnment the truck only finshed from them at 2 ocloc in the afternoon........no customer sevice received at all not one phone call to notify me at all. why do you have managers in place that dont do there work and cant follow up with customers satisfaction its pethetic.</p> <p>2. two weeks later i send my truck to your branch for a water leak they phoned me told me the water pump is leaking i told them to go ahead and replace it, once again i phoned back to find out the progress on the vehicle and the same thing happens i have to tell your people there to get into the delivery vehicle and go and fetch the parts. when 5 oclock came everyone jumed into there vehicles and went home the truck was not finshed and there was fault codes starting with the vehicle so the vehicle had to go back for futher diagnosis no one can phone me and tell me what the hell is going on with the truck i have to phone to find out i have spoken to almost every manger elctrician and foreman and no one knows i have had it with the zero service i am getting from your dealership it is shocking my truck is with your so called qualified people that does not know what the hell is going on.</p>
