Severance Pay

Good day We have an issue with the lady who works at Sandown high school in Sandton by the name of Albertina she is an HR Administrator, my late sister Makgotso Mothupa died in May 2023 and we as family of the diseased were supposed to claim for the diseased severance pay but it is so difficult to get through to her for our claim as she is a always busy or making excuses when she is called, basically she seems not willing to resolve our claim as she is the direct Government Administrator for these claims ….we tried to make several calls but not answered and when she does, she would always make promises…it has been 3 Months making these Claims but in vain…..We depend on these claims for her children survival…
