Disappointed by a cleaner at Sandown emporium

Yesterday at exactly 14:18 i went to sandown emporium and I wanted something at the shops .After buying i went to the ladies room and once done with my business i went to the tap to wash my hands and that's where the drama started. I saw a cleaner and I even greeted her but sh never answered so i just continued minding my business. On the right side water wasn't coming out so i moved to the left side skipping the cleaner and I washed my hands after that when i was drying my hands she started shouting at me telling me that I must remove water from the mirror since she had cleaned already and to me i didn't do that intentionally but for her to tell me to clean it up was off .I asked her name but she refused and i was lucky enough there was another lady who the whole ordeal and sh was like are you okay why don't you report this to management and I told her that I was and we went to the management office together. We saw a coloured who was in the office we told her what happened and yes she apologized and I told her I can call the person who did the whole drama and I did but she never asked the African lady cleaner to apologize for her behaviour and I left her office feeling like a complete idiot.My question to Sandown Emporium Management is that how you treat everyone and do you even do a thoroughly reference check to your workers or you just hire for the sake of hiring? I need an apology from the cleaner and her manager
