Wrong Info

I arrived at Sandown Clinic early. I had call the day before to ask if they do Pap Smears I was told they do them everyday just arrive by 7.30am. When I got there a man was telling people where to sit he said he was the manager he then told me they don't do Pap Smears on that day??? They do then only on Thursday and Friday. I went home decided to call again. A lady who was very helpful said they do them everyday!!! So why did this guy turn me away? We take time from work to reach there early. Being turned away on false information is not good!!!
