WORST CLINIC EVER!

This is the WORST place one could ever have to go to for medical / health reasons. My aunt who's visiting us for a few months from KZN, left my place in Morningside at 7am and waited in long queues while the extremely rude staff kept helping their friends who came much later. She was repeatedly asked to give them our postal code even though she had all the relevant transfer documents from Durban and she she wouldn't be assisted if she didnt know it. It is 15:00 now, I had to leave work to go pick her up because her blood pressure had shot up to a point where she was almost passing out. The staff had already seen this but only scolded her for not eating her breakfast and coming too early. We had to leave the clinic with no medication even though they had already done all the tests and seen the problem. Instead the nurses and other patients were having verbal mudslinging contests because of others who had been helped skip the queue. A whole day wasted in that clinic with a 3 month old baby and a visibly sick woman with no one to give a toss...
