Poor clinic services

The staff at this clinic is soo ***********.I did pregnancy and Hiv test there last month.yesterday I was there to book for my pregnancy check ups,i was told i was suppose to do some tests the first time I can so i should go home and come back tomorrow which is today.I got there early in the morning around half past 7 and I had to be at work.I queued there for weights then for registration around 10:30 I was told to come back on Thursday.
