Lazy staff

Got to the clinic at 7am , l have been in the queue still and it's 14:30. All the staff does is go on countless endless tea breaks and lunch breaks. The service is horrible and l am a chronic disease patient, sometimes you really want to just walk away but you can't do so without your meds. The way they go about it is like they are doing us a favour by attending to us. The nurses have a stinking attitude.
