A mediocre clinic

The service in this clinic is disgusting. They treat people like low class citizens who cannot afford medical health for themselves. The lady at the front line to begin with is rude. She was on her phone while I stood there waiting for her assistance. She was not willing to talk loud and I couldn't hear her communicate with me cause it was noisy. The man running the clinic is extremely rude and has no respect for people. I approached him at ask a question and he showed off by yelling in front of everyone at reception. Yes I was already frustrated from the receptionist's behavior but he had no right to scream and show off his power. He doesn't give patiences a chance to talk and care about their opinions. I have come to this clinic several times and I've never seen the man. I definitely will not be setting foot here. These two people are on the front line and definitely make people feel intimidated to get help here.
