Sandor Leather Tactical and Upholstery - Roof Lining Disaster

I booked my car in by Sandor leather tactical and upholstery for its roof lining to be redone. When i went to fetch my vehicle i wasn't happy and told them i am not happy with it and it looks terrible. The owner had such a terrible attitude, swearing and shouting and ran away and then sent a worker out to come deal with me. They then said i must give it 2 - 3 days to settle and will come rite, it never did just getting worse, its now been 8 days and i contacted them to tell them and the owner tells me i must deal with the worker as he knows nothing about roof linings. So i wanted to go see the worker and now apparently the worker never came back to work and tells me its not he's problem and can't help for that. I am sitting with a roof lining that looks just as bad as my original i took in to have repaired. I have a tax invoice from them stating 2 months guarentee and its been 8days now and the roof lining is horrible and i am not happy at all. They left my car panels dirty all over and there mess in the car. The owner keeps throwing the phone down in my ear and does not even give me chance to say anything. Full of excuses. Worst company to deal with by far!!
