Never go back

I recently had my cat cremated through this vet. My children and I have been waiting nearly a month to hear when his ashes would be ready. I sent emails but got no answer. I was told they would phone me when the ashes arrived. I happened to phone today to find out the ashes are in fact with them. Their excuse was that they may have had my wrong number. They have all my contact information on record so there should be no excuses at all. When i mentioned that i would in no way be back, her response was 'ok no problem'. Disgusted with their lack of compassion with such a sensitive topic !
