Falsely accused

I stay at Sandhurst Square in Kraaifontein, Cape Town. On the 10th of February 2020, I received an email from them, saying that on the 8th of February and on the 10th of February 2020, I was making noise, disturbing other tenants. Here's the crazy part; I left Cape Town on the 7th of February 2020.

I explained to them, that it couldn't have been me, I even send them a picture of my passport, showing a stamp on the 7th of February; I was out of the country and I'm still not back in Cape Town. They want to fine me for something I didn't do.

They still ask if I don't have a roommate or a relative, that has access to my place, which I don't, I stay alone and I locked, before I left. So instead of apologizing, they still claim that the noise came from my place. I even explained to them, that it might have been my nextdoor neighbors, as they've made noise more than once, but nothing is being said about them; I'm starting to feel like it's a racial thing, because my neighbors are white and I'm a black person.

That's not all; I think they don't take me serious; everyone in the complex is given 2 parkings, yet there are people using my other parking, I would send an email, complaining that someone is using my parking; then maybe 4 days later or a week later, someone else will be using my parking, then I'd have to complain again. Then I would complain about things that needs to be fixed in my flat, but it takes a week or so, to attend to my issues.
