Tax return/IRP5

I went to SARS month of august 2017 for tax return and I discovered SANDF had submitted tax return for financial year of 2012- period of (2011/03/01 - 2012/02/29) & 2013 (2012/03/01 - 2012/12/31) when I was only employed with them for one 2011 January and resigned same month . I now owe SARS R11 000. I have been trying to contact Pretoria head office for assistance with no avail, being told to hold the line or no one available in the department. The SARS officer had a advised the SANDF have to submit correct IRP5 to show I was never employed by them during that period.
