Rasism in the Navy

My so Janco Minnaar joined the navy and was discriminated and went through heavy rasism. I did report this to intake ombud but nothing is happening. He worked at Dept of Premier and resigned to join the Navy under false information given to him. The salary dropped from R8700 to R5600 once he was there. His belongings was ****** and his busticked was never booked. My son came home traumitized. He couldn't go back to Dept of Premier because the Navy has not removed him from their data base. He only got R1500 end of March. Intake ombud says that intake will contact him but nothing is done. I have the names and proof of what my son went through. Mariette Minnaar
