The managing agent that doesn't manage anything!

<p>Sandak Lewin are (allegedly) the managing agents for my block of flats, Beauleigh Mansions. Apparently our agent is Christina van der Walt. Before christmas I advised that my electric gate doorbell wasn't working. Also I can't open the gate with my remote. Sadly I am also disabled (less than one leg) so therefore have no way of letting guests into my flat! Also we now have an electric fence (fitted by peri secure) which makes a noise at night like a hammer striking a sheet of metal. I thought a fire was going to burn down the whole street last night with the huge sparks coming off the fence. What does one have to do to get the attention of your managing agent?</p>
