Sandak Lewin are absolutely atrocious!
Echoing the sentiments of many who have complained here before me, the service and accountability of anybody at Sandak Lewin Trust, but in particular the director Carl Smit, is abysmal.
They make anything your job, you have to constantly chase up their “agents”, it literally took me 2 months and a call to the director to get a response from one. And then bringing this to Carl Smits attention, all he does is get snarky in his responses and clearly demonstrates his lack of respect or accountability.
Horrible service and unfortunately even worse people running the pile of garbage company.
STAY AWAY.

18 May 2022, 13:49Hi Keagan, thank you for your review. We take all complaints seriously and have looked into yours. Our investigation reveals that you requested a remote by mistake, when in fact you needed a tag. Our offices had no stock of tags on hand and we had to order from the supplier. You were advised that the tag would be delivered on the 17th.. Despite our attempts to assist you, your emails to our staff, including our MD, Carl Smit, were of a derogatory and disrespectful nature towards our staff.
