Proactive and Helpful Service

Since opening up direct communication lines with Sandax Lewin, especially on WhatsApp, we have had great service and all of our building maintenance and requests have been dealt with timeously. Martina has been incredible and proactive in assisting and supporting us specifically.

Sandax Lewin's new ticketing system for logging issues in the building is great, with feedback when the Body Corp./Trustees have attended to the issues.
