Disgusting customer service

Just had the rudest telephone conversation with an employee of Sandak Lewis. Unfortunately I did not catch her name but the tone she spoke to me in was disgusting. I have had renovations happening at the complex I live in for over 2 months. At this point I have an entire window missing and no communication around it being fixed leaving my apartment at risk to the elements and security. When asked to speak to the lady I was initially looking for, I was told she was busy preparing for a meeting. That I was to email. And told in no uncertain terms that I would not be helped today. 2 minutes later when my estate agent called she was put through to the lady I asked for. Funny how she was not too busy then.
