Appalling
SLT manage our apartment block and have proven to be unbelievably ***********. We have had a number of break-ins and they have been extremely slow to improve the security whatsoever. They are also very slow to respond and are very disinterested in actually lifting a finger to assist us.

We have investigated your complaint. Our offices have previously arranged quotations for increased security, however, this was not actioned by the trustees, due to costs. We are again sourcing quotes for additional security measures and will await the go ahead from the trustees. Kindly understand that we are administrators of the body corporate and we follow trustee instructions.
