Terrible Service,Terrible Attitude,Unfinished Job

Hans quoted on the sanding and sealing of a patio deck and balustrade. From the onset all work was done without supervision, which without my intervention would have led to major damages. The patio is on the first floor of my apartment, with a lower patio set directly below. No drop sheets were supp**** to protect the brickwork below. When this issue was discussed politely with Hans, he was extremely rude and told me it was not his problem. His workers then went on to only complete work on deck and left balustrades undone! When I phoned to discuss this, he again was extremely rude and threatening. He eventually agreed to complete balustrade but didn't pitch on agreed day! He acknowledged that he was supposed to be there but told me he was too busy to do work or to let me know that he wouldn't be there. He was so abusive that I had to ask my boyfriend to intervene. In his last abusive email Hans Koning stated \ I don't allow people to tell me what to do. I am the king not the customer"<br> His attitude and behavior is testament to this!<br> I strongly advise potential customers to avoid using Sand and Seal at ALL costs! Hans Koning is rude"
