Ignoring of Clients

I have received a quotation from Sand & Seal Dustless floor sanding for my daughter's flat floors. I paid the deposit of R6425,00. Francois Koning then started with our floors. I have asked for a clear epoxy over the sanded cement floors. Francois kept me posted of the progress which I appreciated since I am in KZN. The floors looked lovely and we were happy. I then paid the balance of R7075,00. It was done during the September University holidays. My daughter returned a week later. She send me pictures of two places where there is marks on the floor, in front of the kitchen sink and underneath the toilet. I send the pictures to Francois, who stated that he will go look and fix it. During the first week of October I messaged Francois and stated that I will be in Stellenbosch on the 12th of October, can we meet to discuss the kitchen that we also wanted him to redo, he said no problem we could meet at the flat and that he will fix the floor as well. The morning of the 12th he messaged me that his vehicle broke and that he will see us after 11. I am still waiting for him. I emailed him on the 16th October when we got back home, my husband phoned him he is not answering our calls.
