Disaster floor! Francois is refusing to put it right. Mortified!

We used Francois Koning and his Sand and Seal team to refinish and white wash our pine floorboards and also to lay laminate in 3 bedrooms and a hallway. The process around laying the laminate was so bad that he had to redo it 4 times. Essentially the screed was not done properly which resulted in a floor that was not level & bouncy. Our whitewashed floors a month down the line have silicone sealer coming out between the boards, which look like dirty sausages. Francois is not willing to put this right, he says this is st our cost. After consulting with other flooring providers it seems the only solution is to redo the whole floor. We are mortified! It’s disgusting that there is no recourse, we spent a fortune on redoing our floors.
