Bad job and bad attitude

I wish I had looked on Hello Peter first as there are a few complaints...We too had an awful experience with Hans who was never there to supervise and when his unsupervised team burst open a pipe which flooded the downstairs he basically sent me a a rude email and basically called me a **** when I said that his team had burst the pipe!! We had to fork out a fortune for plumbers and painters to fix the water pipe as well as deal with his appalling attitude!! The floors are badly done - there are gaps in between the boards and I regret ever having let them into my home and I will never recommend them!! Don't even bother with getting a quote - way overpriced for the below standard job and bad attitude!
