BEWARE

We live within view / hearing of this day care. I would not recommend parents to this establishment based on the following observations over the past year: The staff shout / scream at the children for 80% of the day. When the children are outside, the staff appear to be on their phones most of the time. The children cry quite a lot - there are two little ones who cry almost from the time they arrive until the time they leave, every day. A little guy called Luca gets screamed at most of the day. A little girl appears to carry a stick to keep others away from her. During the election time in May, a young adult male was teaching the children war songs. There is no grass for the children to play on. It appears to be concrete and some sand only. As grandparents, this is heartbreaking for us to witness. PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTRUSTING YOUR CHILDREN TO THIS CENTRE. You may ruin their very precious childhoods. I would give this a zero or minus rating in reality.
