medical facility not wheelchair friendly

Despite Sanctor medical centre being a medical facility it is not wheelchair friendly,the enterance has a ramp,but inside the facility there's only stairs.When you enter from the backdoor side there is only 2 steps which is manageable to navigate with a wheelchair,but the backdoor is always locked and when you call on the doctors receptionist she comes down the stairs with an attitude and dont even greet let alone help a wheelchair bound patient,these doctors are making a huge amount of money in this community,but dont spend a dime on making their facility accessible to everyone in the community,in my view this is **************.
