****-Empty promises and poor communication

I have placed and paid for my order on the 4th May 2023, order number SW475 and I was told the lead time is 10-15 days. Send a follow up message after 10 days and I was told that the order will be dispatched the next week, another message was sent to them, I was told my order will be dispatched the next day. I then requested for the tracking number, to date I am still waiting. What irritates me is that I am the one who constantly need to follow up, delays needs to be communicated if there are any, I understand the logistics industry very well as I am working in the same industry. Stay away from these people. They are a ****. To date I have not received my order.
