Bad management

we visited the place on the 30th -03 Dec when we got there the place had no lights and we did not complain but as a result when the power went on and off it resulted in me and my Partner having to move around a Dark room and a cup was broken due to us not having lights or candles to assist in the lighting of the place while waiting for the Generator to bring the lights back , no one informed us anything until we asked , my cell phone (i Phone) fell and got cracked and we broke a cup moving in the dark room ,as a result we were told to pay R150.00 for one Cup which was broken because we had no candles or any lights , the staff treated us well but management is inconsiderate as we also broke a phone and did not request them to fix or pay for the repairs .We loved the neighbourhood we definetly going back to Umhlanga Rocks but we wont be visitng Sanchia Luxury Guest house and we will be advising our friends and family to consider other places.
