Unauthorized debit order

Good day<br> <br> This is my second complaint for this company and I am extremely happy.<br> <br> The problem I was having was briefly remedied but this month, it seems to continue.<br> <br> My account gets debited from GETBUCKS on the 25th of every month, this is correct. I have paid 1 of my loans off this way.<br> <br> On the 26th, my account gets debited from SANCEDA for the SAME AMOUNT, however, this debit does not reflect as paid on my getbucks account.<br> <br> I want to know why my account is being debited twice for the same amount every month when only 1 of the amounts being debited from my account reflects as being paid. What is SANCEDA doing with the money they are collecting from me??
