Unauthorized debit order

Good day<br> <br> I have been in arrears with get bucks, I have made an arrangement with the get bucks team as to how and when the money should be debited it, they have stuck to this arrangement. 2 amounts were to be debited from my account on the 25th of every month.<br> <br> My problem is that the above mentioned amounts get debited on the 25th with the debit order code Getbucks. Then on the 26th, the same amounts get debited again but with the debit order code SANCED and what scares me is that my account isnt getting paid any quicker. On my getbucks account, it shows that only 2 amounts are being paid off, not the 4 amounts being debited from my account. Please advise on the way forward as this is unacceptable.
