Prescribed Debt
Good Day,<br> <br> I received an SMS about a month ago about a Truworths account. I advised the call center agent that the Debt Has Prescribed, this debt is probably 6+ years old.<br> <br> You phoned me about two weeks ago and you send me an SM today again.<br> <br> Please close this account on your books AS IT PRESCRIBED.<br> <br> As far as can remember the Credit Act was amended and it is now ******* to contact and harass people for prescribed debt.<br> <br> Thank you.
