Payment arrangement

I had made an arrangement with a call centre consultant on the 7/8 April 2015 to deduct the total amount outstanding on my Getbucks account on 30 April 2015, the amount was around R1500. However they deducted an amount of R251,71 on the 15th of April which was not according to the agreement and again deducted two amounts of R1168,87 and R1168,90 on the 30th April 2015. I then called their call centre and spoke to the Supervisor Angelina about a refund on my account of which she never helped me. I spoke to her on numerous occasions and either I was told the payments are not reflecting or she will get back to me.<br> I was assisted by Janine on the 4th of May and got a refund of R1168,87.<br> Today I received an sms that I made a payment arrangement with Angelina to pay my account on the 15th
