Not able to make contact

I was informed by a credit provided that I am listed as defaulting on a payment and handed over to SANCEDA collection. I have been trying to make contact with SANCEDA, so that I can sort out this issue but am unable to get through on ***, *** or on *** numbers provided to me.<br> <br> I have also sent an email to [Email Removed]<br> <br> I would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible but am not able to get hold of SANCEDA since 3 August. Please assist
