Incorrect Statements

On 2014/09/08, my outstanding balance was R21,307.00 on Client Reference MTTLP81 and I have been paying R1000 or R1500 on a monthly as we agreed that I will pay R1000 on a monthly basis towards this debt.<br> <br> I have since paid a total of R11 000 from 2014/08/29 to 2015/05/29. I received a statement today of R17 242.27 owing. According to my calculations, I should be owing R10307.<br> <br> What I would like to know is that how much is their Collection Commission and Interest as it will definitely NOT amount to R6935.27 when calculated against R21,307.00.<br> I have tried to get an explanation on deductions called \INT"and have also since not received a satisfactory reply.
