DOUBLE DEDUCTION AND WRONG DEBIT DATE!!!
I've been contacted by Sanceda in March regarding money I owed a company. I agreed to a debit order and asked that it should only be deducted on the 5th of each month. To my horror the debit was set for the 31st March when there was no money available in my account! On the 4th of April money was deposited in my account and again to my horror Sanceda's debit order went of double!!! I want a full refund as well as bank charges that were incurred!
