Account paying but balance going up

My account is being paid on monthly basis as arranged since 2011 till today but I recieved an sms that the outstanding balance is R20360. I am not sure if this account is handled by a person with skills or what. My initial captal was R16307,95 In 2007 . I started paying as arranged in 2011 or even before but what I know since 2011 Dec todate, payment has been going through. At time I am called I did not pay when I have made the payment and the lady will apologise. At times the system says I said I will pay R400 when I did not make such arrangment. There is even a month I paid R400 AND paid R1000 thinking it will help. In all this recently I keep on receiving an sms TELLING me that I have a balance of R20363.00 outstanding in my account. I find this ridiculous. It seems Blueunderwriters added interest in the orifinal account and Sanceda added more interest again which ranges from R200, R139 every month. I dont understand such a practice it does not make sence. I need to report this and you need to give me the correct balance.<br> <br> There are so many complains on this site about accounts which means there is something wrong, you already sitting at 61 COMPLAINS no compliments
