I will like to formally lodge a complain as since I have sent them my query they're only respond to me was to be invited to come donate blood on the 1 December 2020 an email from Amos representing SANBS, of which that was not the respond I was expecting and this goes back to the 24 November 2020

My name is Thabiso and the last time I donated blood was in August not sure now of the date and I was given pills for my iron to assist and was advised to consume 1 pill every second day and I didn't take those pills until recently about two weeks back and to my surprise the 1st Monday when I consumed them nothing happened I was okay the second time on a Wednesday I was still fine until the Friday when I consumed them for the third time I had started having running and painful stomach so very severe where buy I even visited the clinic for a full week I took pills and had to drink drip to stop that and it was not a great thing to go through and I'm now very sceptical about your services and I'm asking myself lots of question as to how best are your services as now I feel very bad being mislead by you guys as you have advised this pills will assist my iron, I'm not happy with the pills given to me as when I checked the paper inside it, it does state exactly what I went through and why giving pills that sabotaged and couldnt even go to work for a coupler days and for that I was not payed for those days another bad experience because of the pills I consumed from your SANBS team at Protea Gardens and I want a compensation for this the pain i had to go through and hurtful stomach constantly running and again not getting paid from my work as you guys gave me those pills and please advise me as how do I contact Ombusdman for SANBS as I wont leave this just lying ohhh by the way I still have the document from the clinic if you want prove

I thought you guys SANBS had a proper channel of communication as even when I contact you on your toll free number ***on the 26 November 2020 at 12:36 a call for 4 mins and 9 secs a lady I spoke to said you call me back till today as I'm writing this no one has called me..........shows your true service for an organisation that wants to saves lives

And another question since I'm a blood donator try to assist my fellow brothers and sisters if ever I need blood who will assist me in this regard
