What Is The Problem

I went to donate blood yesterday (25 Sep'15) at the Lambton Branch, however they could not login to the system, I had already been there for half an hour & by this time 3 other people arrived. They did phone another branch to find out if they could login, but were told that they also could not. Myself & another woman left, I could not come back due to commitments, I'm not sure who else left or if they returned.Now I want to know What was the Problem, as We give up Our Time & Money(fuel) to donate & You Can't. I'm sorry, but this to Me Is Unacceptable. Can Someone Explain.
