USSD INCORRECT FOR MOVIE TICKETS

I donated blood 2 weeks ago and was told I would get movie tickets. i called the call Centre and given a USSD number so I can get the link to redeem my movie tickets,. USSD number is incorrect and the call center number is not going through anymore. it rings and takes you to voice note. As promised please live up to this and do the right thing.
