unprofessional phone call *** @ 15:05

I want to express my concern regarding a phone call I received yesterday from a lady. I was informed over the phone that there was a discrepancy in my blood results that was done in April. She could however not inform me of what the discrepancy was. When queried why it is recognised after so many months, she informed the delay was on her side. I cannot believe that people get phone call regarding this and after so many months. I am extremely anxious now. To make matters worst the lady told me there is nothing to worry about. As a professional nurse I find this call unacceptable. I was also told I will need to wait till they come to my work again.
