Terrible service when trying to donate

<p>Ive been a regular donator for a few years and since ive moved to BFN Free state ive been struggling to get a place close by to donate that can be quick. So after 7 years after trying to donate they little bus is is just a few 100m away from my word walking over to donate for the first time again in 7 years. i hardly get greeted and the staff is not friendly at all, then the one guy pointed at my lip whats that i rep**** a cold sore not aware that i cant donate with a cold sore, so he sent me to the nurse shes not friendly at all says no donating it should be fully dry - hell heck how should i know that i dont have a problem by not being able to donate but you could have handled the situation better and at least be friendly if you are eager for blood donations. This will realy make me to never donate again. SANBS please appoint friendly staff im sure im not the only one feeling like this.</p>
