No service from SANB but you will be charged
My mother went to SANB at East Rand Mall. The gave the worst service. My mother has a blood disorder 1 white blood cell to 7 red blood cell. Which if not treated by draining the blood could cause death. The staff tried to use a drainage bag but their incompetence was unbelievable. They could not find a vain and sent us with two sealed packs to a doctor. These nurses are supposed to be trained but they are not. We got a bill for R358 from their debt collectors Credit Intelligence. We have queried over 10 times to reverse the money. But they say the can't help and sent us to the accounting side where we dealt with Amanda. This was a waste of time. We set up debit order which the collectors got wrong. They have been even so stupid to text my mother for her to donate blood. The collection company sent many sms and even if you phone them they charge you R10 a call. My mother is a pensioner that gets R1000 per month. I phoned Credit Intelligence and they told me yesterday that the outstanding amount is R447.00 So I filled in a deposit slip. But these *****s charged me more as of today the 4th of January the price went up to R517. That is a shocker cause in one day my bill went up from the collectors by a extra R100. Credit Intelligence should be handed over to the Consumer council. I promise to tell everyone I met never to donate blood. I mean we even gave back a sealed drainage pack and these idiots told me to pay regardless. I guarantee you these **** nurses used the bag I gave back. The seal was not broken so you tell me I'm I lying. I hold Jonathan Louw CEO responsible for taking half of my mothers pension and leaving her to have R500 for food. Lastly I would like to say no service was rendered why pay? I am disgusted at there service and their lack of empathy for a 60 year old woman. I am ready to take on any one from the SANB because they also discriminated against me for having Bi-polar.
