Nightmare after Donating my Blood!!!

SNBS is a COL Hearted company it only cares about taking our blood only! I donated on the 26th of May 2025 this year and on the 27th Of May I wrote them an e-mail stating that I encountered an injury on my right arm as I was donating on that day ,yooooh it took them the whole of June month to only respond to my mails and I only got assistance in July month when I was sent to a GP then later in July to EpH for scans, my challenge is it is Now my Problem that I have sharp severe pains,I cnt carry heavy plastic bag of my shopping,I cnt sleep no more than 10min on my right side no more cos of the severe pains on this right arm ,I sent them pics on the very same day my arm was swollen bt they responded in June towards the end of June,Now I have send them numerous mails asking do I now have to live on stilpains tables which I have to buy myself on weekly basis while am unemployed since Now it's my problem that I have sharp pains on my arm and now these pain are causing cramps on my hand and it's now challenging my life as am limited into doing my daily routes, all am looking for is to what I must do since no one responds to my mails no more and am in pains and dnt knw if my whole arm will ever be back to it's originality cos am living with these sharp pains daily while I donated blood as an UNIVERSAL DONOR ONLY TO SIGN A DISABILITY WARRANT FOR MYSRLF NOW AM STUCK WITH PAINS WHILE I DID A GOOD DEED BY DONATING MY BLOOD TO SAVE LIVES ,I AM SO NEVET GOING TO GIVE MY BLOOD COS NOW AM LIVING IN PSINS DUE TO DONATING BLOOD TO SNBS IN KWAGUQA MALL.IN EMALAHLENI.!!!
