Never going back again

I am deeply disappointed with the experience I had at the SANBS Sammy Marks branch. From the moment I walked in, I felt uncomfortable due to the unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members – a white lady whose conduct was not only dismissive but came across as outright ******.

Instead of offering assistance or treating me with the same respect I saw being shown to other donors, she was cold, rude, and made unnecessary remarks that made me feel unwelcome. As a regular blood donor who believes in the life-saving mission of SANBS, this was both shocking and disheartening.

It's incredibly disappointing that in a place where every donor should be appreciated, certain staff members still treat people differently based on race. I hope SANBS takes this matter seriously and provides proper training to ensure all donors are treated with the respect and dignity they deserve.
