Medical Negligence. Dangerous

SANBS blew my vein in my last blood donation. I then ended up with a very expensive hospital visit. When i wanted to take the matter further after reporting it, Peter Ndlovu at the SANBS said he would deal with the matter and get it resolved. It is now months later and nothing has been done, no refund has come to me for all the expenses paid by me, and in addition i have been handed over to the ITC by one of the Labs. One does a good deed and tries to help people , and then by absolute negligence one gets injured and ends up having to pay medical expenses . I took loans in order to cover the costs , and find this absolutely disgusting that SANBS are not taking responsiblity. One is better off not donating blood. After almost 30 years of donating, this was the first time i had ever experienced such negligence. It is so dangerous. Months later and my arm still hasn't healed fully.
