I want my car repaired NOW!!!!

SANBS driver Dean Abrahams bumped and scratched my car whilst it was parked at Dobsonville shopping complex on the 2nd of December 2015... I spoke to kedibone Rachoshi regarding this matter on the same day and she advised me that I need to go around and get quotations to fix a mess which was caused by your driver. First I had to get off work as busy as it was as it was still during month end and go around to get quotations of which was a struggle as most panel beaters charge for a quotation, so who is supposed to pay for that??? <br> Secondly I have submitted the documents as requested however I am not getting any feedback I must run after you to fix your mess. I was in a process of trading in my car but now everything has to be placed on hold as I can't trade in damaged car..The value of my car has dropped due to this incident.. We approaching festive season now and I have functions to attend to and I can not go with a scratched car. I refuse to be inconvenienced by you... I want car fixed urgently and I don't even understand how the hell does a person bumped a parked car nxh... am really disgusted by the level of service am receiving from your side..SORT OUT THIS MESS NOW!!!
